Red Wine

Made from Merlot grapes and made exclusively in exceptional years and aged for four years before being bottled.

Deep ruby colour with intense flavours, a long finish and a rich texture characterise this very special Shiraz from Serbia. .

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

" The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice. "

Full of black fruit and berry flavours which are complemented by slightly sweet spice A nice soft mouthfeel that is ripe and juicy. This wine is a great companion to grilled steak, pork or sausages.

Grenache fruit, ably supported by Syrah and Mourvedre, a silky savoury, triumphant wine.
