His dedication, innovation and genuine drive for quality and value provides Milton Sandford with its stunning portfolio of wines. He is fully supported by his team, who share his passion for excellence and vision to be the wine merchant of choice for even more of the UK’s top Restaurants, Hotels and Pubs.
Deborah Kerr, Managing Director
Debbie joined the professional world of wine in June 2000, inspired by the passion of her mentors and colleagues knew instantly this was the beginning of a new and exciting career, having gained a broad understanding of the industry in her apprenticeship, learning from some of the most qualified and finest masters of their trade, was awarded her own professional accreditation in 2007 in the form of the WSET Diploma. Debbie has been running Milton Sandford Wines since 2011, responsible for the growth of the business in an ever challenging market, Debbie and the MSW team are absolutely committed to providing a personal wine service that is second to none, building a forward thinking company with innovative ideas and old fashioned values.
Stan Park, Consultant
Stan Parks has been at the heart of Milton Sandford Wines for over two decades. His love affair with wine started at the age of 20, when he was introduced to a bottle of Grand Echezeaux 1959 DRC. Since then he’s worked in all sorts of roles in the wine and hospitality industry. Stan ran an extremely successful restaurant for over 10 years before becoming a wine merchant, knowing firsthand a restaurant's needs as an operator has been instrumental in Stan’s fastidious service to his customers. Stan is considered to be one of the most passionate, informative and entertaining wine educators not yet on television! Stan holds the WSET Diploma.
Having worked her way to General Manager status and subsequently running successful restaurants for over 10 years, Carmel embarked on fulfilling her passion for wines by completing the WSET Advanced level in wines and spirits. With this knowledge, desire and passion to make wine 'understandable and accessible to all' she made the move into consultation. Carmel's 'can do' attitude, professionalism, personable approach and understanding of restaurants means she is nothing less than a huge asset to both Milton Sandford Wines and her customers. Carmel is constantly seeking new ways to promote innovative, exciting and modern approaches in which to educate and share her expert knowledge and therefore excite passion in others for this wonderful and vast subject.
With over a dozen years of experience in the UK wine trade Victor also has many years of working in and running quality restaurants in various front and back of house roles here in the UK and abroad. As a qualified sommelier and having recently finished a wine growing course at Plumpton College Victor is keen on all the details, stories and fascinating people that go into making and working with quality wines.
