We had great fun in 2019 with our underground dining, met more incredible people and discovered even more about our cellars and their history, our fantastic team of chalk miners are tunnelling away to make a pedestrian entrance for our 2020 events.

Thank you to all those enquiring about the Underground 2020, we are really looking forward to hosting you all this year, whether it’s your first experience or the 5th our aim is always to raise the bar, excite and delight you, our guests and deliver the most memorable dining experience you’ve had to date, it’s a journey of discovery…  book your journey now !

Underground 2020 is priced at £110.00 per head, a £50.00 deposit is required on booking to secure your place, with the balance due 7 days prior to your event date.

Unfortunately due to the unique set up and chef’s table style of event we are unable to cater for special dietary requirements or allergens at this time.

Each underground menu remains TOP SECRET until you arrive, we are in a TOP SECRET bunker afterall. Your ticket gives you clearance and what goes on in the mine stays in the mine !    Please see below a sample menu, to give you an idea of the creativity and calibre of menu and accompaying wines.
