A blend of Chardonnay and Chenin made in Tufa caves for one year. A very fruity and supple wine with a soft mouthfeel, with very delicate bubbles. The perfect apertif or companion to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

Red fruits fragrance and spices. Shows a light maceration, with the aim to preserve the typical flavours of the varieties and making the wine ready to consume. Very fresh and sweet in the mouth with balanced sourness.
