This Stellenview Reserve is made from the carefully selected grapes grown in the Stellenbosch wine region, aged in oak barrels with very little intervention.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, with its deep, brilliant ruby colour, is rich and concentrated. Its fruity (ripe fruit), vegetal nose is typical of the variety. The attack is frank, the palate structured, aromatic, round and silky.

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.
