Rioja look alike from Navarra - typical cedar notes, light in colour, elegant rather than weighty. Silky, smooth harmony of ripe redcurrent cassis and damson flavours.

A blend of Chardonnay and Chenin made in Tufa caves for one year. A very fruity and supple wine with a soft mouthfeel, with very delicate bubbles. The perfect apertif or companion to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
