Blackberry and spice, open up on the palate to display more complex dark fruit flavours, tannins are present but silky now with some bottle age, lingering fruitful finish.
Full of black fruit and berry flavours which are complemented by slightly sweet spice. A nice soft mouthfeel that is ripe and juicy. This wine is a great companion to grilled steak, pork or sausages.
Tropical fruit and exotic spices. The palate strikes the beautiful balance of floral notes and hints of spiciness....rich and weighty with a fruit freshness that belies the extended maturation afforded this compelling wine.
50% Chardonnay, 50% Viognier
The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.
The Second Post Shiraz has ripe fruit aromas on the nose with gentle oak giving elegance and complexity leading to a silky, smooth finish.
Perfect with a big steak or even a Thai Green Curry.
An elegant, spicy nose with developed, ripe, juniper berry characters and firm grainy tannins in the mouth. Very much a food orientated style, maturation in seasoned oak has integrated flavours without overpowering them.
Colour: Deep, garnet, magenta
