Red Wine

Medium bodied, a really elegant, silky and persistent Fleurie with a perfect balance of fruit and acidity along with a touch of white pepper on the finish.

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

Grenache fruit, ably supported by Syrah and Mourvedre, a silky savoury, triumphant wine.
