Red Wine

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

Rich aromas of ripe fruit and spice as well as on the palate. Ideal with roasts, game, and aged cheeses but also sipped meditatively by itself as a vino da meditazione!
