Deep ruby colour with intense flavours, a long finish and a rich texture characterise this very special Shiraz from Serbia. .

This Serbian Cabernet Franc has very direct fruit flavours. Loads of cherry with cocoa and pepper notes.

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.

Blackcurrants and mulled wine spice notes - almost xmas pudding-like.

A full-bodied red wine from three grape varieties: Gamay, Cabernet and Cot. The Gamay brings the fruit flavours with the Cabernet and Cot the structure. Good ageing for 6 to 8 years. Gamay, Cabernet, Cot

" The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice. "
