Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness. They are destemmed before a short skin contact for grenache and  cinsault and direct press for syrah. Fermentation temperature is maintained low (15-18°C) to enhance fruitiness. Wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

A wine with finesse and elegant power. This Châteauneuf du Pape is intense in colour, the nose expresses notes of black fruit and garrigue spices. The mouth is full and creamy between freshness and aromatic persistence.

Produced using 96 year old Grenache vines of low yield and grapes of great purity. The mid-palate is round with a creamy mouthfeel from ageing on the lees. The finish has length which is complex, crisp and balanced.
