Stanlake Brut is the flagship wine of the Estate, made from Pinot Noir (mainly), Chardonnay, and sometimes Gamay grapes. It undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle and is then left stored on its yeast lees for a number of years - the 'traditional method' of making high quality sparkling wine. It is our top-of-the-range wine, winning many wine awards in England several times over. Perfect for a special occasion.
