A classic dry white wine has vibrant aromas which is best served with white fish.
Vines are ploughed. Pruning is short to regulate the vine's growth and its grape yields. The vines are tied along to give favourable angle to ripen grapes with a "green harvest". Grapes are picked early in the dry morning.
Fermentation is conducted through temperature control to enhance the fruit flavour of the wine.
