The 2016 Awatere River Pinot Noir is made from grapes from two different sites that have complimentary characteristics in terms of flavour and tannins. The winemaking process has been gentle with a largely hands-off approach to showcase the excellent cherry and berry fruits with subtle herb aromas to allow the elegance and finesse on the palate all good Pinot Noirs should have.
